All designs, content, and materials created by PixelBloom Studio remain the intellectual property of PixelBloom Studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client will receive full usage rights as outlined in the project agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website or materials without prior written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and content needed for project completion

• Ensuring all content provided (text, images, etc.) is original or properly licensed

• Approving project milestones and final work before launch

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time; however:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally

• Refunds are subject to review and issued at our discretion

7. Limitation of Liability

PixelBloom Studio is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services

• Downtime or losses resulting from third-party platforms or providers

• Errors in content provided by the client

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for services rendered.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
