Refund Policy

At PixelBloom Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and digital services. We value transparency and fairness, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All projects require an upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time spent on initial planning, consultation, and project preparation.


2. Project-Based Refunds

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded proportionally based on work not yet completed.

  • If less than 50% of the project is completed, a partial refund may be issued.

  • If over 50% is completed or the final deliverables have been sent, no refunds will be issued.


3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@pixelbloom.design. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue through revisions or service credit. Refunds due to dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.


4. Digital Products and Licenses

Due to the nature of digital design files, all delivered work (including mockups, assets, and templates) is non-refundable once approved and delivered.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. PixelBloom Studio is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
